Your business name, a sentence or two about what you sell, your logo and your brand colours. That is the brief. Anything else — reference stores you like, fonts, a product list — helps, but nothing else is required.

What if I don't like the result?

Send it back with notes, as many times as it takes. The engagement only closes when you approve it. Nothing is published to the world until you say so.

Is this instead of a Storlox plan?

No — it is on top of one. The service fee is a separate one-time charge for the setup work. Your store still runs on whichever plan you choose, at the usual price.

The same way you pay for a plan: bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. You submit the transaction reference, we confirm it, and your expert starts. If we cannot verify a payment, the request closes and nothing is charged.

What happens if my expert is unavailable partway through?

Tell us and we reassign it. The new expert picks up the same brief and the same store, the outgoing expert's access is revoked immediately, and you do not pay twice.

Can I still work on the store while they do?

Yes. It is your store throughout — you keep full access, and the shared timeline shows you what they have changed and when.
